World-renowned French flutist, pianist, teacher and composer, Louis Moyse, passed away in 2007, just a few weeks short of his 95^th birthday. Five years later, on Bastille Day, I and other of his former students from all over the world gathered in his home village of St. Amour, France. We presented a gala concert of his works as his 100^th birthday present to the people of St. Amour.
